A Unique Design in the Heart of San Francisco

Inside, the center unfolds like a well-composed jazz piece. The entrance lobby, bathed in natural light, is reminiscent of an open-air jazz festival, its high ceilings mimicking the boundless sky. The fluidity of the interior space, with its curving lines and open design, feels like a melodic line of music.

Further on are two performance spaces, the beating hearts of this elegant building. Designed with attention to acoustic detail, the auditoriums create the perfect setting for jazz performances. The Robert N. Miner Auditorium mirrors the adaptable nature of a jazz ensemble, classy and sophisticated. In contrast, the Joe Henderson Lab is as close as one can get to a cozy jazz club. Its casual setting fosters a deep connection between performers and audience.
